At Air & Petals Studio, every gift is thoughtfully curated and personalized with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Personalized and Custom Orders

All customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ready-Made Gift Boxes

Returns may be accepted within 24 hours of purchase only if the item is unused, in its original condition, and approved by Air & Petals Studio.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the item. We will review the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.
